This home features four, highly detailed themed spaces. The villa’s three-car garage has been completed transformed by (former) Disney painters into a medieval/Games of Thrones games room. Perfect for both adults and kids alike, this oversized, fully air-conditioned space boasts a custom pool and Foosball tables, lounge area, large-screen TV, a massive medieval bar and fun video game machine (with 39 retro video games) – and more! The upstairs bunkbed bedroom boasts four full/double beds, each with functioning theatre curtains, and dozens of puppets that allow kids to transform the space into a “Puppet Theatre.” Located on the main floor, the “Western Lodge” is reminiscent of a grand Disney resort with an authentic floor and ceiling paneling, three custom bunk beds (twin), faux taxidermy (don’t worry parents, they’re only plastic) and many more clever, themed surprises. Parents can relax in the upstairs Art Deco-themed theatre room and watch one of the hundreds of movies provided on the room’s CURVED 65” 4K, 3D TV with surround sound (yes, this is the “man’s playroom”). And if that TV isn’t big enough – the main floor living space features an even bigger, 80” TV with in-ceiling surround sound.
Don’t worry – we didn’t forget about the ladies of the house. All of the bedrooms include top-end mattresses, mattress protectors and covers, duvets, bed linens, towels, and other décor touches and accessories you would see in a five-star hotel (and yes, each bedroom has a TV for the guys). And most of the bathrooms are wallpapered to give them the luxurious feel of a tranquil spa.
But the best space is really the villa’s outdoor space. Backing on a pristine reserve and flanked by a lush tropical garden, this house’s backyard oasis features the largest pool, lanai and screened-in area available in all of the Watersong. Guest will be immediately asked to vacate the property if the following rules are broken:
Maximum Occupancy. Please make sure you do not have more guests at the property than the property accommodates. At no time can there be more guests at the home than the maximum occupancy. This includes friends and family visiting.
Unless paperwork is provided for a service dog before arrival, we have a zero pet policy.
We have a non smoking policy
Careless action and known damage that has occurred during the stay. Please note the individual owner of the property can pursue legal action for damages that occur in the home that is larger than the deposit taken.
Underage Drinking or use of illegal substances
Noise Disturbances that are affects guests in other homes around the house you are staying in
The lead guest on the reservation must be 25 years of age and staying in the home for the entire stay.
PARKING
Guests must park in designated parking areas or in the driveway. Roadside parking is prohibited. Any fees incurred from tickets or towing expenses are the sole responsibility of the guests. A maximum of 3 cars can fit in the driveway, there is overflow parking at the resort.
NEIGHBORHOOD FACILITIES
Some of our properties have facilities that are controlled by the neighborhood homeowners association. From time to time there may be maintenance or repairs that are needed. This could cause the closure of these facilities for short periods. Some examples are but not limited to: Community swimming pools, clubhouse, pool heaters, and community Jacuzzi's. If there is a closure of these facilities during your stay, then Head for Orlando will not be held liable or responsible for customer refunds.

Stays under 6 nights require a $160.00 Cleaning fee.If stay is 6 nights or longer, the cleaning fee is waived. Pool heat is an extra $30.00 per day. Tax is 12% Mandatory Protection Plan $79 A $200 non-refundable deposit is due after reserving. It is applied to the total and the remaining balance is due 35 days prior to check in. If you are checking in 35 days or less from the time of check in, the full amount will be due at the time of reservation. No additinional deposit is collected.
CANCELLATIONS 35 + days before check in : Full refund will be given minus the initial non-refundable $200 deposit. Customer must notify Head for Orlando of intent to cancel by email.Within 35 days before check in : Cancellations and/or refunds cannot be given less than 35 days prior to stay. This also includes all reservations made within 35 days prior to check in. Changes to reservations during this time, in any form, cannot be made.
