The condo is very spacious, perfectly equipped and very clean. It is a 30-40 minute drive to Universal and Disney so close enough but far from the crazyness and the noise of I-Drive. Located in a semi-residential area on a private country club, it is super safe, quiet and the surroundings are beautiful. A short drive in any direction takes to you grocery stores and small malls for your everyday needs. Maurice has been a fantastic host, providing everything possible and he went above and beyond to accomodate my needs. The caretaker Gino was as helpful and pleasant and both were super responsive. I had a fantastic time in Orlando and it was in great part due to the very positive experience I had renting this condo. Thank you Maurice!!

Very nice condo!
We stayed a whole week in December and it was a great time. The condo is incredible, comfortable, and fully equipped. The owner was very kind also, and left us all well prepared. I fully recommend it. Nice trip!

Cozy and Quiet Retreat
Maurice and the caretaker of his property, Geno, were the epitome of professionalism and hospitality. My children and I were looking for a comfy place to relax between taking in the parks and Maurice's property did not disappoint. The location is so close to the airport and close to the parks (we hit all four Disney parks in four consecutive days). The condo is located within a secure, gated community. It was so quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be staying at his condo in the future.

This Oasis situated on a magnificent 18 hole golf course, offers you the chance to relax by your residential, heated pool in the winter or a larger pool by the club house, offering refreshing drinks, entertainment and dining. Basketball, tennis and golf, amongst others, are there for you enjoyment, or you can indulge in an exhilarating session at the on-site gym. You will be close enough to all of the excitement Orlando caters to you, and you can wind the day down by taking a relaxing stroll by the beautiful lakes while watching the spectacular sunset. Orlando, Florida is where the magic awaits you.
The property is situated within Ventura, a gated-community with 24-hour manned-security. It is conveniently located, being within a half-hour drive of all the attractions of Orlando. Whether you're taking the kids to Disney, Shopping the outlet malls of International Drive or taking your parents to a meal at the Red Lobster, all of this is within a timely journey.
The country club itself is approximately 2 miles squared, with an array of activities and social events happening daily. Whether you're looking to play Bridge with fellow residents, take the kids to the private or public pool, or simply have a quiet drink in the sun - all of this is merely footsteps away.
The condo is located in a tranquil and private area, Willowpointe, within the community. Noise pollution is non-existent and the verdure of the surroundings lend a peaceful ambiance, and the grounds are tended to weekly, leading to an always picturesque setting.
A pristine 18-hole golf course awaits the keen golfers amongst you. Whether you're merely working on your swing, or require the aid of a club pro; the club house has you covered. On the other hand, if you simply want to drive some balls, practice your putting or hit the batting cages, 'Bad Dog Driving Range' is right across the road.
Residents have access to a larger public, and a quaint, heated residential pool. The larger of which being an idyllic setting to frolic, sunbathe or whilst sipping beverages poolside.
For the fitness enthusiasts a myriad of physical activities are on your doorstep. Basketball, tennis, swimming, bocce, shuffle-board, a fully equipped gym, and other are readily available. For those who prefer a slower pace, residents regularly gather to play Poker, Bridge & Canasta. A well stocked library is also available, whilst parties regularly host luncheons and arts & crafts, amongst other activities.
