-Cottage 1 which is an over-sized 1 bedroom with a King, 2 twin trundles in living room, 1 bathroom, a with sunroom/2nd room & private gated yard/dog run full kitchen, laundry & parking
-Cottage 2: Junior 1 bedroom (full bed), 1 bathroom with full kitchen, laundry & parking
-Cottage 3: 5 entrance over-sized 1 bedroom (2 queen beds), 1 porch, Master bath with deep soaking Jacuzzi tub, 4 entrances, private yard/dog run, laundry & parking
- Cottage 4: 2 bedroom (King & two twins), 1 bathroom, full kitchen, private deck, laundry & parking.
- 12 Private Dry Stalls: 9 Stall center aisle barn with two private tack stalls & private tack room & 3 Stall shed barn. 3 private turn out paddocks, riding arena with jumps for lessons, training, warm up before your class, and wash stalls. Steps to Hits on NW 137 Ave between US Hwy 27 & Hwy 326. So close you can hear them call your class!
Additional accommodations are available upon request and with extra charge. These include:
- Cottage 6: Off-site (down the road nearer to the GP arena) 3 bedroom/2bath older mobile on 3 acres with gated yard. $4500/mth
- Two RVs- $2000 for the 1 bedroom and $2500 for the 2 bedroom.
- We also have RV hookup for $200/wk.
