The lower level house has separate rear entrance (lake side) with patio and and gas grill. It has a large living room, with seating for 7, huge game room with/ pool table, ping pong table and darts, treadmill and weight bench area as well.
The kitchen is not gourmet, but equiped with everything you may need. Full size fridge and freezer, microwave and counter top convection oven, dual burner electric appliance. Sorry no dishwasher or laundry machine. Large bathroom with shower.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has two twin mattresses, (bunk style.) Queen sofa sleeper in game room... 2 twin inflatable mattress are available , without over crowding.
The house is in a safe quiet neighborhood, with only one entrance into the subdivision. It has a one mile circle around private lake for walking or biking. Lots of wildlife to be spotted. Cranes, deer and bears are frequent. There are 2 bald eagles that perch in our tall pine trees...
My husband and I are empty nesters, we live upstairs , in the main level of house. We own and operate a local Restaurant and work a lot. Not usually home a lot, but we can be reached any time if needed..
Lake Weir and the Ocklawaha river boat ramps are minutes away. The Ocala National Forest outskirts our property. Hunting, Fishing, Camping, Scuba Diving in the springs, Horse back riding and OHV trails are all within a short drive.
Ocala and The Villages are a 20 min drive in either direction. Daytona Beach, Gainesville and Orlando about an hour drive.
Smoking allowed outside only, no 'butting around'. Do the dishes and put things away when your done. Please be respectful and courteous of house and neighbors. We'll check you in when you arrive, and check you out when you have to go.. RELAX, UNWIND and ENJOY!
