From DC/MD to FL…our family’s stay in July 2017 was awesome! Mark and Brian were very accommodating and the home was immaculate! Our family of six slept comfortably and the layout was just right….everyone had room to spread-out. The home is central to many restaurants and shopping plazas. No complaints….just complements! We recommend this property for future guests.

Perfect getaway for our young family
This beautiful, private home exceeded all our expectations for our week long vacation with our two young children. The house was in pristine condition, the neighborhood was quiet, and the pool was spectacular. The best part of this home is the large, screened-in living space off the back of the home. We ate every meal outside and when the kids were asleep, we were able to listen to music (great Sonos sound system) and drink wine by the pool. We highly recommend Fish Peddler East for a local fish market if you're looking to dine in. Publix was close and there is a Whole Foods 10 minutes away. Mark and Brian were fantastic and very responsive. We would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone interested.

Believe it or not...it is even better in person!
Wow! When we arrived we were practically running through the house jumping up and down :) Beautiful, spacious, spotless and comfortable. What more could you ask? Then to find Lauderdale by the Sea just minutes away - beautiful with great shops and restaurants (do not skip Aruba Beach Cafe - great food and right on the beach) We gambled at Hard Rock Cafe, played putt putt and had a 2 day trip to Key West planned but was cancelled because of the hurricane. I believe Hollywood Beach would also be a great day but we didn't have time to get that day in either. We took a short trip to South Beach in Miami and couldn't wait to get back to our area! Brian and Mark are hands on and have done a beautiful job making your stay perfection. There was nothing we needed that wasn't at our fingertips. The view of the beautiful screened porch and pool from the family room is gorgeous. I've already had one company come by to give me an estimate to make my backyard look like theirs. We will definitley stay here again and again. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.

Beautiful house!
I stayed a week in this beautiful house, it is just what you see in the pictures, spacious with natural light, excellent taste in decoration. Very convenient location, close to restaurants, banks and convenient stores. Brian and Marc were very nice and kind, they really take care of every single detail to make your stay fabulous, safe and easy. I would love to stay again in this place in my next trip to F. Lauderdale.

Enjoy indoor outdoor living in Fort Lauderdale with our completely remodeled 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom house. Designed in a minimalist style for easy living, our home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances.
