Canaveral National Seashore (Protected Wildlife Area), World Class fishing/Mosquito Lagoon are all only a few miles away. Orlando Attractions, Kennedy Space Center, Sanford Airport, Brevard Zoo, and St Augustine are all approx. 1 hour by car.
This 3 Bedroom 2 1/2 Bath home sleeps 6-8 comfortably. Upstairs, the Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed and private bath The other rooms have a full bed and two twin beds with a shared bathroom. There is sleeper sofa downstairs with 1/2 bath. Home also offers a two-car locked garage space. Other items include: Gas Grill, Paved Outdoor activity/lounge area, upstairs and downnstairs Balcony lounge area, Cable TV and Wi-Fi, Equipped Kitchen, Bath Towels and Extra Bedding. Public Beach access is located only 1/2 block from home. Less than 3 minute walk to safe and secluded non-driving beach. Authentic Mexican Restaurant within walking distance. Payment in full is due at time of reservation. Please contact owner/agent for other payment options. Minimum age to rent: 21, proof of age required. If under 25, additional damage protection coverage will be required. DAMAGE policy: Damage protection insurance is required for all reservations unless discussed with the owner prior to booking. DEPOSIT: $200 cleaning deposit (less any claims) will be refunded within 1 week of check-out as long as there is no excessive cleaning or removal of garbage. NO SMOKING policy: $200 Excessive cleaning charge for any evidence of smoking inside the home, cigarette butts in yard, landscaping, or areas surrounding home, caused by tenant or tenants guests. CANCELATION policy: 100% refund for cancellations of 30 days or more days prior to check-in date. If less than 30 days, Client will receive a refund for all deposits/payments less a $200 cancellation fee. Within 2-6 days prior to check-in date, you will be emailed the key box access code for the property. Please no smoking inside home. Please dispose of cigarette butts sealed in a bag, in the outside garbage can. Reminder, There will be an additional $200 excessive cleaning fee if there is any evidence of smoking inside the home or cigarette butts found around the yard or landscaping.
