The kitchen is equipped for long or short-term renters, and includes full-sized refrigerator with ice maker, glass-top range, microwave and dishwasher. All utensils and cookware are provided.
Sleeping arrangements include a King Size Bed in the master, twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a fold-out futon in the living room.
Driving is not permitted on this beach, making it perfect for families with children. Our first floor unit has a courtyard door for walk-out directly to pool and beach. Parking is near the front door for ease of moving in and out.
This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located in an oceanfront complex on the southern part of New Smyrna Beach, on the central east coast of Florida. We are 1.5 hours from Orlando, home to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World. The Kennedy Space Center is located an hour to our south in Cape Canaveral. The Orlando International Airport is 70 miles west of New Smyrna Beach.
Shopping, liquor store, beach shop, beauty shop, gym and restaurants are conveniently located across the street from the complex.
Please come and enjoy our home-away-from-home. Saturday to Saturday stays are required during high season rentals in June and July.
