House was nice just as nice as the pictures. My family and I had a great stay the father was extremely nice and lived only a few blocks away so if we needed anything he was there. Pool was great. Dock was amazing we fished everyday and night some nights until 4am . Definitely saw a dolphin swim almost right to the dock. The neighborhood is quiet and noone bothers you at all. House is clean we absolutely loved it here so much so we started looking at some of the homes for sale in the neighborhood. Minor issues I think would be the furniture was white so you have to be careful with small children around and the gas grill in the pool area did not work. There's a car in the garage so when the door Is open or if you are doing laundry it smells like gas. Most definitely recommend this place we left a bunch of stuff for future renters to enjoy and will definitely return probably this year!!!

Affordable and Family Friendly !
Well stocked kitchen, beautiful pool, and close to everything! On the waterway w dock for fishing and relaxing -- we even saw a manatee! Clearwater, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, and Homassasa all very close! Boat rentals and fishing trips are a must ! The house was clean and the owner very accommodating - even gifting us with a bottle of wine and fresh eggs ! Thanks for a relaxing week!

Beautiful, relaxing, clean
Overall our experience was great! Clean, beautiful home. Lots of space to spread out and pool was perfect! Will definitely be back and hope to be able to book this home again.

Perfect vacation destination, for both families and couples! This waterfront home is situated in a beach, boating & golfing community.
Home has a private lanai pool and is located directly on ocean channel. Sit back and enjoy the sunshine, splash around in the great pool or fish from the private dock (charter options available nearby for the adventurous type).
Home is located within Golf Harbors community, with access to nearby private beach with cabanas, BBQ grills, restrooms and showers.
Home was remodeled in February of 2010 and offers water views from almost every room!

1. Master bedroom includes queen size bed and television.
2. Guest bedroom includes queen bed
3. Third bedroom (kids) has two single beds and television.
The family room and living room have large flat screen televisions and cable channels.
