This was our 3rd visit to the Holroyd House and as expected it was a charm! The house is in immaculate condition and has everything a family would need from beach stuff to a fully stocked kitchen to HD TV's to fast WiFi to the dock. Terri is a welcoming host and extremely response to renters needs. We will be back! Thank you

Amazing House!
Our family had a great week. We had everything thing we could have wanted or needed in the house. Having access to a boat slip and being able to paddle board in the sound was also very nice. I'll definitely be going back!

2nd time!
We have stayed at this home 2 times! Awesome home. Very well equipped, can't think of anything we needed that the owner didn't have. Very clean! We have rented a lot of different places in the mountains and at the beach and this home is the best stocked of any of them. The location is excellent, the home is comfortable and the owners are a delight. They will make sure your stay is the best! We will be back!

Autumn Vacation
We had a wonderful stay, didn't want to leave! This is a beautiful inviting home with everything perfectly organized. We felt at home from the moment we walked through the door. My husband and dog spent 7 restful days in the Holroyd house. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony or walking to the boat slip and fishing off the dock. Nice quiet neighborhood with short drive to nearest restaurant or shopping. I hope to visit again next year. Thank you Terri for sharing your lovely home with us.

This beautiful beach house is just a short walk away from both the white sand beaches of the emerald Gulf Coast and clear calm bay waters of the Santa Rosa Sound, which includes a private neighborhood dock with a personal 39 ft. dedicated boat slip. Located on Navarre Beach, the island is bookended by Navarre Beach Marine Park and Gulf Islands National Seashore, offering a tranquil and private beach experience, yet close enough to whatever shopping, dining and entertainment that one would desire. Recent multi-million dollar beach replenishment projects have extended the perfectly flat, sugar soft, beach-to-shallow wading waters. The island also ho lds Florida’s longest pier that has yielded some of the greatest fishing available to the South.
This 3-story, 2,200 sq. ft. house provides spacious accommodations, with 10-foot lofted ceilings throughout and three decks/balconies with Gulf or Sound views. The front staircase leads up to the lead-glass door that opens to the main level deck, featuring comfy rocking chairs that overlook the neighborhood. This is a small-pet-friendly, low-allergenic house with porcelain tile and hardwood floors throughout. The whole house has also been provisioned with a top-of-the-line water filtration system that removes pollutants for bathing and further impurities for drinking.
The main floor presents an open floor plan that allows guests to enjoy themselves when dining, entertaining or relaxing on rich Thomasville furniture in front of the 50 in. Samsung LED TV; while at the same time utilizing the state-of-the-art kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The overly-equipped kitchen also supplies owner-level equipment such as Noritake china, Calphalon cookware, William Sonoma glassware, Cuisinart programmable coffee maker, waffle iron, electric griddle and much more. The 2 bedrooms on the main level offer a queen and a full-size bed furnished with plush linens which share a full bathroom with glass door shower/tub.
The entire 3rd floor houses the master bedroom suite with a large walk-in closet and enormous master bath that includes double sinks and a garden-size jacuzzi tub/shower. With two large balconies, guests can sunbathe to a view of the Gulf or enjoy a cocktail while watching boating traffic pass by on the Sound. The sunroom/office also holds a full-size futon for additional sleeping.
The double garage has one side that is particularly deep, enough for two cars on one side and one on the other. Electronic openers are provided for car entry as well as a keypad for easy walk-in access. Abundant beach gear is available for use, including chairs, umbrellas, toys and more.
The magic of this place is that it furnishes plentiful and lavish amenities that allow guests to arrive with only their essentials yet still have all the accommodations of home, because this is our second home…
