This two-story home has it all. Room for two cars with covered parking and two extra vehicles in the driveway. Go up a flight of stairs as you enter the home, as you walk in the home you have plenty of space for the family! You'll realize you've just entered paradise! Upgrades and upscale are words that have been used as you walk on the beautiful hardwood floors and view the soft wall colors. The first bedroom is on the left with King Bed and a large flat-screen smart TV. Enjoy a meal at the dining table with chairs and a bench for the whole family to sit and be together. Enjoy the panoramic views of the Sound from the living room, kitchen and dining area!! Living Room also hosts a Queen sleeper sofa.
Up the stairs you'll find the other 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with a plush king bed over gorgeous rich wood floors, a flat-screen and an attached full bathroom. You'll feel as though you are in a spa with the extra-large shower with two heads for a relaxing and rejuvenating retreat. You'll find a large double vanity so you can spread out.
The Two other bedrooms are down the hall. One Bedroom Hosts a Queen bed with private spa like bathroom, while the other hosts a Full bed with bunk beds with private bath, as well.
The laundry is upstairs as well with a full-size HE washer/dryer for your convenience.
There is a small balcony on the front of the home and a large deck on the back. You can sit and enjoy a meal or just relax while the wind hits your face and sip a cup of coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. You can easily see the Santa Rosa Sound and part of the Gulf of Mexico so you get the best of both worlds.
Keyless Lock, No keys to worry about,
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide a few board games, books, movies and game stick for the kids. I also provide beach towels (8) and a few beach toys. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
No boat or trailer parking in driveway or on the side of the street. All Boats and Trailers need t be able to fir in the garage only.
