It was wonderful. We had part of our family in another condo and they kept commenting how wonderful our place was compared to theirs. I love to cook and the kitchen was like a gourmet kitchen. The furniture, furnishings, wall paint, all the latest styles and designs. We really enjoyed it and can't wait to come back.

Beach colony 15 B great place
I have never considered myself to be a writer but I have great regard for my vacation experience at the condo. The accommodations were delightful; light and inspired rest. The condo couldn't be more charming. It boasts of the seaside view inside and out with tasteful decor. One needs very little to be most comfortable. For me, the most luring aspect is the nature that abounds at every view. The sea and its very pendulum of the Earths rhythm soothes and gives peace to ones soul. It daily leaves behind small treasures and sometimes steals them backin an almost measurable fashion. Where life itself began so we come to rest, reflect and contemplate our own exihistence. A spiritual place if one allows it to be. This has been and continues to be a wonderful place for me. My hope is I can return to enjoy all it offers.

Absolutely spectacular!
Absolutely spectacular! The Unit was very clean. I definitely "overpacked". We were provided with everything we needed except food and clothes. Each bathroom was supplied with an adequate number of clean towels and a hairdryer, and ALL showers and toilets were very well maintained without one hint of mildew. The linen on the beds were well kept and the beds were very comfortable. The sofa in the living room had to be one of the softest sleeper sofas that we have sat on. The TV size in each room was impressive. The kitchen cabinets were fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal ( even though we did not prepare a single meal I was impressed with the possibility. I LOVED the built in cabinet ice maker.... The view was breathtaking. The grounds and pool area were very well maintained. The outside closet was stocked with enough chairs for several people. If you have young children they would be able to find any beach toy they could imagine in that closest. I can not find one single thing to complain about except the weather.... it rained five out of the seven days we were there, but luckily we had a beautiful patio to watch the clouds roll in. I loved the proximity to the pier, and the fish tacos at the pier were a hit with our family. Our unit owner was very prompt with responses to our emails prior to our arrival. If we return to Navarre, we would hope that we could return to this VERY unit. Thank you for providing such a well maintained condo. After visiting our other families members units, that were nice, we realized how lucky we were to have secured this particular unit, it just seemed to have so many more extras.... And if you like to read, the book selection offered was GREAT. Thank you again.

This property has just been renovated, both inside and out. In the winter of 2014/2015 the Beach Colony East tower just had all new balcony railings, painting, cement work, elevator refurbishing, and significant outside work making the building shine. Then inside our unit we redid the kitchen opening it up and adding a bar top so you can see that beautiful water view while cooking dinner. We also took out all existing tile and carpet and completely replaced it with beautiful new tile. Everything both inside and out is done now and it awaits your arrival and enjoyment! Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches, the flawlessly clear blue water, and the fabulously one of a kind atmosphere of Navarre Beach in this recently renovated 15th floor luxury condo in the East Beach Colony Resort tower, located directly gulf front on the sands of Navarre Beach. Our tower sits right on the beach so you can take in views down the beach, while the West Beach Colony tower sits back behind the pool and looks at the backs of the other buildings like ours. Step out onto the over-sized balcony or simply look out the window in any of the rooms to enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf coast. One minute on the balcony during sunset and you will realize why you needed to come here. Many of the Beach Colony views in both towers are now obstructed by other buildings or sitting back behind the pool and getting views of the backs of the other buildings. This view is absolutely magnificent! This upscale condo is a lovely decorated unit that sleeps 6 to 8 with luxury in mind. The living room is suited with wrap around windows and wall to wall sliding doors that provide a panoramic view of the gulf with both views to the east and the pier as well as the west and down the beach. The dining room is spacious and can comfortably seats six. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with granite counter tops, top of the line appliances, a stocked spice rack, and all the pots, pans, tableware, etc., that you need to cook and entertain in style. There is a private and elegant master bedroom suite where a wall of sliding glass doors open to the beautiful views of the balcony. The bedroom includes a large walk-in closet and 39 inch TV. The master bath/spa is the peak of luxury. The whirlpool bath and the beautiful walk-in-shower are surrounded by windows that once again provide an avenue to look out onto the awe-inspiring scenery. There is a spacious second bedroom with a queen bed, 40 inch LED TV, Blue Ray Player and full private bathroom and a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds, a 39 inch LED TV and another full private bathroom. This 15th floor unit also has a separate laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. This condo is equipped with free high-speed wireless internet and a 60 inch LED TV and Blue Ray player in in the living room. TVs, and Blue Rays/DVDs throughout the condo provide much opportunity to be entertained and the over-sized balcony is simply put the best spot on Navarre Beach to sit back and relax. We also have games and puzzles stored in the footstool/storage bin as well as many books, DVDs and CDs in the unit for guest unit. We provide the key to our storage unit right outside our door where we have beach chairs, umbrellas, and outdoor games for free guest use at the beach. The Beach Colony pool is the largest pool on Navarre beach. Clay tennis courts are available for free guest use. The beaches are part of over 20 miles of federally protected uncrowded and unspoiled sugar white beaches. At Beach Colony Resort you are only steps away from indulging in restaurants where dining is truly a unique beach experience, and a short drive from golfing, shopping, movies, fishing, diving, great entertainment, and everything else being at the beach has to offer. Exercise in the free fully equipped, air conditioned Beach Colony workout room or enjoy a bike ride along the miles of beach front trails that Navarre Beach has to offer. Fish from the longest pier on the Gulf of Mexico, available just outside the condo. Absolutely no smoking in the unit or on the balcony and no pets. Adults 25 and over and their children only, please.
