Wonderful experience
Our extended family of 9 spent 7 nights in this condo and it was everything we could have asked for. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was furnished with everything you could possibly need. The location was fantastic and the people were very friendly. The property owner was very attentive and wanted to make sure everything was in order upon our arrival. Overall, just a great experience. We hope to return in the future.

Condo was beautiful, fully equipped, and very spacious. Mike was extremely nice, helpful and attended to all of our needs. We loved spending time on the balcony enjoying the view while dining and watching dolphins.We hope to visit there again soon. The Pinkley's

The breathtaking emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound are right off the large covered balcony, so kick back and relax and enjoy watching dolphins playing from your comfortable chair.
Two additional step out balconies have views of the Sound from the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both with private full baths. This unit was the Developer's Model decorated with a West Indies/Key West flair.
This 3 bdr/3 full bath with whirlpool and walk in shower in master gives you all the room and luxury you'd expect from a 5 star hotel with access to the balcony right from your king size bed. Whether you bring family or friends, there is plenty to do in the area or plenty of beach to relax on. The largest pool on the island with direct beach access make this the place to stay.
Navarre Beach is located between Penseacola and Destin and you can fly into Fort Walton Beach or Pensecola just 20 miles away. The island is 90% National Seashore and Florida State Park .
There are two fun restaurants and lounges on the island for you to walk to and plenty of nightlife within a 10-20 minute drive.
About The Area
Nestled between Pensacola and Destin, Navarre and Navaree beach offer many amenities wut the crowds and congestion of the larger cities.
Navarre beach which is called "Florida's best kept secret" is a great place to visit with beaches as beautiful as anywhere on the gulf without the crowds.
However within 20 minutes via car there are literally hundreds of restraunts, bars, night clubs and entertainment options.

Our properties (2) are our famlilies homes away from home. We appreciate that we have had a wonderful history of sharing with exceptional renters who have become friends.
We have many return visitors and have had excellant luck with respect of our homes and damage issues been extrememly rare.
