On a recent spring break vacation, 3 generations of our family enjoyed this lovely home in the Moorings. We were so glad to be able to stay here specifically and be able to use the private Moorings beach as it has provided many years of family memories for us over the years. Without family in this area anymore we couldn't be in one of our favorite places! The home had many amenities making our stay so pleasant. The pool was big and the kids loved playing basketball, floating on the inner tubes, and lounging around. The kitchen was spacious and had all the comforts of home. The neighborhood is pleasant for walking around and of course close to great beaches, downtown, shopping, and dining. Thanks again John and hope to be back again! The H. and B. families from Ohio

clean and close to everything great private beach
This property was incredible! The pictures don't do it justice. The house is super clean and close to everything. John made it super easy to check in and out and made sure our stay was pleasurable. they have access to one of the nicest private beach areas in Naples. I would recommend this property to families and groups alike. We were able to spread out when needed, and enough room for dinner for everyone. The outdoor pool and the outside are kept beautiful and was used everyday. This is a great spot and a great neighborhood and was close to anything we wanted to do. Thank you John we will be back! Again and again
My family and I stayed at this beautiful house for the third time and we are definitely coming back for more! You simply cannot beat the location close to everything but the best thing is the Resident Beach Access which we used a lot. We had a small problem with the A/C but the owner took care about that immediately and it was fixed as quickly as possible. The only downside of this house is that it does not belong to me.... :-)

Wonderful family vacation in a beautiful home
We are a family of six who have recently returned from staying at this lovely home. We spent two weeks there over the Christmas and New Year holiday period and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was important for us to find a house that would be comfortable and homely and this house more than fulfilled our requirements. The pool is outstanding and the photographs simply do not do it justice. We visited the local beach several times but the large heated pool and lovely outside areas at the house meant that we spent the majority of our vacation enjoying the facilities that the house had to offer. We can agree with all of the previous, positive reviews of the property and would like to reiterate the fact that the owners of this beautiful house were great to deal with and readily available to answer any questions. We hope to return in the future!

The Moorings, four-bedroom, three-bath house on large lot west of Crayton Road. Walk to private beach. Newly renovated, 40-foot, heated pool; covered lanai and pool deck with new pavers. Twenty-six-thousand square feet of air-conditioning space, which has been refurbished throughout with new carpet, tile, and paint. The spacious living room and dining room both have hardwood floors.
The master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms have king-size beds. The large master bathroom has a Jacuzzi and shower. The second guest bedroom can be set up as either a king or two twin beds with en suite bathroom. The third guest bedroom features two twin beds.
There is seating for six in both the dining room and the breakfast nook. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc. There are also four color TVs including a large-screen TV with DVD/VCR in the living room. The house has WIFI. The air-conditioning system is new including all new ducts. The two-car garage has an automatic door opener. The house is located on a quiet street with a very private, fenced backyard. We provide a pass to the Moorings private beach.
