Quiet dead end street yet just a short quick walk to a newer shopping center with a department store, restaurants, Staples, Paneras, DSW shoe store, Bed bath and beyond and much more.Walk to Walgreens. Beach is 3 miles in either direction

A small dog who is a family member, not a big barker to disturb other tenant, who is regularly groomed without fleas may be possible with
