Mermaid Lagoon is your Naples home away from home and we are your personal concierge as you settle in and enjoy your vacation. This 5 bedroom 4 1/2 bathroom custom built house was originally built for us, but we have tailored it for you! Our primary focus is customers for life. As we get to know you better, we can provide a better experience. As we understand your needs, wants, and desires you will have a vacation rental experience that is second to none. Our properties are managed by us, the owners, because we believe you should have what you deserve……which is whatever you want.Mermaid Lagoon is only 1 mile from the white sands of Naples Florida. Take a 15 minute early morning stroll to enjoy the calming sounds of the water washing ashore at Bluebill Beach or jump on the beach cruiser bikes and visit Vanderbilt Beach a few blocks away. Included in your stay is admission and parking passes to Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. This popular destination provides your family and friends quick and easy access to the beach. Visitors to the state park sunbathe, fish, snorkel the reef, search for shells, bird watch, rent paddleboards, kayaks, canoes and more.
Naples is also known for fine dining and shopping. Mercato an exquisite example of Naples fine dining and shopping is only 1 mile away. Enjoy shopping, unique restaurants, movies, nightlife and Whole Foods all close to home. Take a quick car ride down to 5th Avenue and 3rd Street in downtown Naples to experience Tin City, The Dock, more fine dining, one of a kind shops and an upbeat nightlife.
Naples is also home to the vast swamp land of The Florida Everglades. Experience this unique ecosystem during an airboat ride out on the swamp. For a little less adventurous experience a visit to Audubon Corkscrew Sanctuary to take a 2.5 mile walk on the boardwalk through The Florida Everglades is also very enjoyable. Are you a golfer? Our beautiful little town also is the home to many public and private golf courses. Please give us a call and we can provide insight and potentially access some private courses.
Mermaid Lagoon is a beautifully furnished 5 bedroom home and includes a private cabana as the 5th room (sleeps ten), 4 full baths and 1 half bath. Every inch of the house has custom details we know you will appreciate. Our chef-inspired gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, gas stove and double refrigerators, was designed to entertain you and your guests. The second story boasts a Master Bedroom Suite with a king size bed, soaking tub, walk-in closet, and 2 balconies. In the lagoon you can relax in a gas heated pool and spa. As you lounge around grill up some food on the gas grill located in the pool area. While you enjoy the pool and the grill turn on NFL Sunday Ticket to watch your favorite team win!
Across the courtyard is a private cabana with a queen bed, kitchenette, full bathroom and private entrance.
We purchased brand new linens and towels as of October 15th.
