Well maintained home - trouble free rental
The property is nicely located in the Lely golf community, it is well maintained and clean. The rental process went straight forward with no problems at all, the owner always responded very quickly to our mail. We enjoyed a wonderful week in Naples! Highly recommended!!!

This 3 bedroom/2 bath villa with private pool has all the conveniences of home. Looking out the patio doors of the great room, dining room, and master bedroom is a terrific view of the Flamingo Golf Course. The screened in lanai is set up for outside dining and grilling. The lovely pool is but a step away for swimming and sun bathing. The spacious kitchen is well equipped for your cooking pleasure. The great room has cable TV, a DVD player for music & videos, and a stereo/radio for your entertainment enjoyment. The villa also has wifi available for internet use. Each bedroom has a TV and clock radio. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed. The master bath has an updated vanity. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. Most of the linens and towels are new.
