The house has a real heart to it and is ideal for a family get together or for those looking to entertain during their stay in Naples. The great room opens up to the lanai with sliding doors onto the extended deck/pool area with one of the largest pools in the neighborhood. The Great Room/Kitchen is Open Plan with a breakfast nook, bar and stools, equipped with a TV so you never miss a game. The newly renovated kitchen comes fully stocked with all the appliances that you might need for and instant meal to a family feast. There is also a powder room and a full bathroom with direct access from the pool area.
The master bedroom downstairs is equipped with a very comfortable king size bed and has an en suite bathroom, walk-in closet, ceiling fan and TV. The master bathroom has been recently remodeled. The master has direct access to the lanai through glass sliding doors.
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms: one king, one queen and one with two twin beds. All rooms are comfortably equipped and all have TV’s. You will also find a full bathroom upstairs.
The lanai has a ”cage” to keep insects away from the pool area so you can enjoy the fully outdoor lifestyle with minimal pests! You will enjoy dining and relaxing outdoors . A gas BBQ, two fans, deck chairs, outdoor dining table and umbrellas are there for your convenience. We also have a two-car garage.
Our home is located in the Crown Pointe community of Naples. Our guests can have access to the Crown Pointe clubhouse with tennis courts, a small gym, and a swimming pool. The clubhouse is right next to a beautiful lake which makes for a relaxing and safe morning walk or bike ride every day.
We have bicycles, and golf sets (2) for our guests to use and, of course, all the gear you need for a fun day at the beach: chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers and toys.
This is a non-smoking property. Please also note that we follow our local government's regulations regarding Covid-19 which means that guests from certain states and areas are required to self-quarantine for 14 days. Please ask us for further details regarding which states and other Covid-19 related info.

If the Renter terminates the contract before the rental period begins, then the Renter is responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price (excl cleaning): If cancelled prior to 4 months before arrival date forfeiture of the 25% deposit. If cancelled during the 3rd month before arrival date, 50% of the rent amount is due. If cancelled during the 2nd month before arrival date, 70% of the rent amount is due. If cancelled 30 days or less before the arrival date, 100% of the rent amount is due. We recommend that the Renter considers a "Travel Cancellation Insurance". If the Renter has to leave before the end of the rental term, the Renter is still responsible to pay the full price. Termination is accepted only in writing. The date applicable is the day the document is recieved by the Owner.
Once Renter and Owner have come to an agreement about rental period, cost of rental and all other details, a contact will be sent to the Renter via email. Upon signing of the rental contract, a 20% downpayment is due in order to hold the reservation. The balance of the rent, Security Deposit and Cleaning must be paid at least Thirty (30) days prior to arrival. All payments are made to the Owner's bank in Naples, Florida. All details are stated in the contract.
