Many golf courses, Naples beach, 5th Avenue shops and other attractions are all within easy reach.
The large and airy condo is in the Amelia Lake area of Falling Waters and is fully furnished and equipped for self catering, all towels and linens are provided. The entrance door leads into a large open plan area consisting of a sunny breakfast nook, kitchen, dining area and lounge which in turn leads to a fully screened lanai at the rear. The lanai is furnished with ceiling fans to allow pleasant 'outdoor' dining at the 4 seat table, there are lounger chairs to relax and look out at the many trees and plants in the preserve area between the condo and the lake and fountain.
The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer (with ice & cold water dispenser), dish washer, kettle, toaster, etc, with plenty of cutlery, glasses and crockery for up to 6 people. In the breakfast nook there is a glass topped table (seating 4), then between the kitchen and lounge there is a large formal dining table (seating 6). There is a radio/CD player with a selection of CDs as well as a good selection of books for guest to use during their stay. The lounge area has 2 sofas and flat screen TV and VCR, with full width glass sliding doors leading to the lanai.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and also has sliding doors to the lanai. The en-suite bathroom has a double sink unit, large shower unit, seperate toilet and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and there is a guest bathroom with a shower over the tub, a single basinand toilet. Hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms. Additionally there is a den which has a 2 seater sofa bed, TV and DVD player.
The utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. An ironing board and iron are also provided, free local telephone calls are includes in the rental.
A bonus is the large garage (in block) where you will find several beach chairs, parasols and other beach/pool accessories for guest to use. There is also a designated parking space

The Client may cancel this agreement at any time before the Holiday Period ('Cancellation'), although the Client shall then be liable to pay to NP the following:-
6.1 Where Cancellation is more than 70 days prior to the commencement of the Holiday Period, the Client shall forfeit the Deposit only.
6.2 Where Cancellation is between 40 – 70 days before the commencement of the Holiday Period, the Client shall be liable to pay to 50% of the Rental Cost together with as the Deposit.
6.3 Where Cancellation is less than 40 days prior to the commencement of the Holiday Period, the Client is liable to pay to NP the total Rental Cost together with the Deposit.
All cancellations must be notified by the Client in writing (or with agreement by email) to NP.
On booking we require 20% deposit and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival
