Welcome to your Naples Happy Place that checks all the boxes! Three bedroom, 2 bathroom “Coach House” in the North Naples Gated Community of Carlton Lakes. The 1,700 square foot coach home was completely renovated and decorated in Jan 2018! Highlights include oak wood floors, quartz countertops throughout, new stainless appliances, new master shower with Italian porcelain and marble tiles, large walk in closet, high ceilings and more!
Amazing open concept layout with master at one end and two other bedrooms at the other end to enable privacy. Two lanais provide optimal views and sunshine! Main lanai faces both west to enjoy the sunset and north with long lake views. Another lanai off the kitchen allows you to enjoy your coffee and breakfast in the morning sunshine.
Beautifully decorated with two modern, leather reclining leather sofas in Great Room, two 60 inch Samsung 4K TVs (Master and Great Room), glass dining room table, gorgeous desk in den/3rd bedroom, comfy lanai furniture set, French Bistro kitchen table/chairs, four bar stools, white bedroom sets, 500 thread count sheets and high end duvets…
Master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has queen bed. Third bedroom has high end, queen blow up bed with duvet cover. Another queen blow up bed is available.
Carlton Lakes has many amenities including 4 Har Tru tennis courts with night play, huge main pool and Jacuzzi, gym, local pool, bocce ball courts, basketball nets, jungle gym for kids, kayaking and a clubhouse! In addition, there are great areas for walks, bike rides, rollerblades etc.
Our Happy Place has high speed internet, movie channels, beach chairs and umbrella, two bikes…
We have been vacationing in Naples for 30 years and know our place will check all your boxes to give you the best experience Naples has to offer!
We love that it is airy (high soaring ceilings) and spacious. The open layout, great views and location are spectacular. The oak floors, stainless appliances, quartz counters, huge 4K TVs, leather reclining loveseats and modern look make it a unique and Happy Place!
