It has 3 bedrooms, the master suite with king sized bed is en-suite and has a flat screen TV. The queen has a flat screen tv and twin room has a dvd flat screen tv, there is a 2nd full bathroom with shower.
The living area is tastefully decorated and has a very comfortable 2 and 3 seater sofa where you can watch TV (flat screen), a lovely dining area which has ample seating for 6 people and a well furnished kitchen with granite worktops.There is also a small workstation where Internet access is provided.
The pool is south-west facing and gets the sun from 9am to almost sunset.
The outdoor area is private and peaceful and is a great family area. It has outdoor seating, outdoor fridge (for those chilled drinks), radio/CDplayer and electric BBQ. The pool area is heated and sun loungers are provided for your total relaxation.
Westlake could not be better located for everything that Naples has to offer. It is only a short 10 minute drive to Naples Pier and it's fantastic beaches where you can watch the dolphins swimming in the ocean! You are only a 5 minute drive across the US41 to the exclusive shops in the Waterside shopping mall and a 20 minute drive on the 175 takes you to the Miromar outlet mall where there are hundreds of bargains to be had in the "named stores". It's a real shoppers paradise. Tin City, 5th Avenue South, 3rd Street shopping which are just a few of the "must see" places to visit are just a 10 minute drive a way.
Only 5 minutes away in the shopping Plaza directly across the US41 is a really convenient Publix supermarket and if you fancy a stroll the Outback Steakhouse and Pelican Larry's Sports bar are only 5 minutes walk away.
