We very much enjoyed our stay at this spacious one bed apartment in the Beau Mer complex. The large bedroom had ample drawers and large walk in wardrobe area with lots of hangers which is not often the case. Kitchen area is compact but well equipped, and opens onto good sized lounge area with comfortable seating. There is a good sized lanai, with chairs and high top table which is a great area for lunch or drinks and overlooks a small marina. Alana has been very thoughtful in providing such things as toilet and kitchen rolls, dishwasher tablets, cling film etc. The communal swimming pool is excellent , getting the sun all day and with plenty of sun loungers . We walked to the restaurants on 5th Avenue for dinner nearly every night, an easy, level walk of 10/15 minutes. The walk to 3rd Street South takes around 45 mins each way. There is some aircraft noise but it never disturbed us. We would very happily stay at this apartment on our next trip to Naples.

Great Location
We stayed 2 weeks in January at this condo in Old Naples. The location was centrally located to the beach, great restaurants, downtown, and main roads. The condo was updated and well equipted for all our needs. There was a nice swimming pool and spa, with plenty of chairs to use. We would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends.

The unit was fully equipped, tastefully decorated & in a great central location. The owner was highly accessible & most helpful. It would be difficult to have made a better selection for our week in Naples.

Great location within walking distance of 5th avenue and very comfortable condo. Owners were on location if needed but no need for any assistance. The lanai is very pleasant to relax outdoors and the pool also available. Loved it and would stay again!

1-bedroom, 1-bath condo, next to the Old Naples Sailing & Yacht Club with modern furnishings - very unique in Naples. Sleeps 4.
The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances including built in microwave. The living room sofa has a pull out queen size bed for extra sleeping. The large master bedroom has a walk-in closet, dressing area and bath with step-in-shower. Sit on the screened lanai for morning coffee overlooking the Marina and watch the boats come and go. Unit also has high speed internet and cable with DVR.
Swim and relax in one of the best pools in Naples with a hot tub and pool house. Barbecue grills also available for use.
Walk to the beach, shops restaurants and night spots of the 5th Avenue area, Tin City and the new area of Bayfront all of which feature shops, fine dining and entertainment. This is Naples at its finest.
