Wonderful family vacation property!
We had a fantastic spring break family vacation in this property! For starters, the location is ideal in that it is very close to the beach and lots of shopping/dining options are just a few minutes away. The house has everything you need and the owner's (Margaret and Paul) attention to detail is much appreciated! We were very impressed with the quality of the furniture, kitchen items, linens, etc. -And I love all of the organization in the home. There is a spot (and in some cases labels) for everything! Paul followed up with me mid-week to ask how the vacation was going and if we needed anything which we felt was thoughtful and going above and beyond (vs. typical rental property owners). We spent lots of time relaxing in the pool, hitting the beach and eating/drinking well! We would definitely rent this property again and we hope to return to Naples in the not too distant future!

A perfect place!!
This is our second year we stayed at Paul & Margaret's beautiful home. The house is well decorated, clean and included almost everything that's needed for your stay. The kitchen includes multiple coffee makes (drip, K-cup, Bodum), every utensil imaginable, wine glasses, cocktail glasses, wine cooler fridge, etc., etc.. The bathrooms are spotless and provide many sets of towels for bathing as well as for the beach. Four adult bikes, helmets, locks, beach chairs, umbrellas are just the beginning of the goodies they provide. The layout of the house is just perfect for entertaining family and friends. There is a very large dining table adjacent to the kitchen and just a short distance to the outside screened covered porch lanai that has an awesome sitting area with large sofa, two chairs w/ ottomans and a swing! They even provide a Sony BT wireless rechargeable speaker that worked great out by the heated pool. Last, but not least, our weather was just perfect. During our entire stay during March, we had no rain and sunshine everyday except our last day it was overcast while we packed for our return trip home. As I described in my title....it's a perfect place!

Paradise in Naples
My husband and I recently spent eight weeks at this property. It is a gem. We found the house spotless, beautifully decorated, well-organized, and well-equipped, including for long-term rentals. The pool is very nice (with optional heat), and the surrounding lanai comfortable and inviting. The location is very safe and extremely convenient to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and a movie theater. We primarily used the beach at the nearby Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. It is just a five-minute drive away, and the owners have graciously provided a State Park pass (admittance is otherwise $6.00 per car per day), along with all necessary beach equipment (multiple chairs, umbrellas and coolers). There are also four bikes and helmets available. The owners, Paul and Margaret, were a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to any of our questions. They also offered numerous recommendations for local activities and restaurants. It is obvious that they take great pride in their Naples home. We have already booked our stay at this property for next year!

Lovely place to stay with all that you'd require..
This villa in Naples has all the facilities that you can imagine you'd ever need. Spotlessly clean, with modern and new décor throughout. The owners had left the use of beach equipment and bikes which added to the overall experience. The villa is located with easy access to beach, with retail and restaurants options very close by also. Overall we used the time to relax after a hectic two weeks in Central Florida, and this place is ideal for that. Easy correspondence and arrangements via the owners made the planning of the stay simple and straight forward. If you want to visit Naples and surrounding areas, or just relax in the villa, I can highly recommend this place!

If you love the beach, fine dining, and shopping but like the privacy and comfort of a single home, then our luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a private screened, heated pool is a perfect choice. The house is located 3/4 miles from Vanderbilt Beach in Naples near the Ritz Hotel, a 5-minute bike ride (bicycles provided) or a 15-minute walk along the bay.
Nature provides tropical weather and over 300 days of sunshine each year in Naples. We provide everything else you need for a great vacation, from the fully equipped kitchen, gas BBQ, to bikes and beach gear.
Mercato – a shopping, dining, and entertainment area is one mile away. It has many restaurants, great clubs including trendy Blue Martini, two movie theaters, shops and boutiques. Publix, Whole Foods, and Trader Joes are all within one mile, and so is a fitness club and Community Tennis Club. Delnor Wiggins State Park with another mile of unspoiled beach is 2 miles away. Naples Downtown and Pier, Tin City, Naples Zoo, Water Park, Miromar Outlets, and several more state parks such as Lover's Key or the Everglades are all 20-30 min drive. We provide a season pass to all state parks.
The house, a post-2000 built Italian-style villa, has been completely updated in Oct 2014 with new bathrooms, granite kitchen counter top, new high-end appliances and modern furniture.
About The Area
Naples park is a quiet residential area within walking distance to Vanderbilt beach where you can rent catamarans, kayaks and paddle boards. Three grocery stores are within one mile: Whole Foods, Trader Joes and Publix. Two movie theaters are also within one mile distance, as are lots of restaurants, gym clubs, and even a golf course.
Naples downtown area with 5th Avenue, 3rd street shopping and entertainment areas, Naples Pier, and Tin City are 15 minute drive. Miromar Premium Outlets with 140 stores are 20 minute drive. Everglades boat rides are 30 min drive. There are four state parks within 20 minute drive. Fort Meyers airport (RSW) is 25 minute drive
