Great unit and very convenient to the pool Well kept and furnished. Christine is so helpful and attentive owner. Blue Surf works well for our family reunion that we have there every year. Great courtyard area for gathering and cookouts.

Nice condo with everything
The condo is nicely furnished with beach décor and a comfortable king size bed. The beach is beautiful with white sand, directly across the street. It is a great place to vacation.

Best location on Miramar Beach
Great property. Well-located across the street from the beach. Nice pool on property. Condo very comfortable and well-equipped. Would definitely stay here again. Christine, our host, was prompt with communications and easy to deal with.

The Blue Surf complex, with only 26 units, has been a family favorite for a number of years. You'll enjoy spacious grounds, close beach access, lush tropical landscaping, a seasonally heated pool, shuffleboard court, and convenient access to area restaurants, shopping, golf courses, and other activities. Pompano Joe's, a landmark seafood restaurant right on the beach, is only steps away.
Our 1-bedroom 16A unit recently went through a major renovation. The unit was painted throughout. A new stacked washer dryer was added; new furniture was added including a king bed in the bedroom, a new sofa, and 2 new flat screen HDTVs in the living room and bedroom.
Unit 16A has a private, high-speed Internet service from Cox Cable, which it shares with Blue Surf 16B.You should have no problem getting access to the Internet or streaming media through our private wifi system. You will find instructions for accessing this complimentary service (as opposed to the Blue Surf complex system) in your check-in letter.
The seasonally heated pool is a few steps from your private patio. The beach is 100 yards away with beach access directly across from the Blue Surf property.
From mid-March through October we offer complimentary daily beach service of two chairs and a beach umbrella that is set up for you on the beach. For your convenience, Blue Surf Unit 16A has a designated off street parking place right outside the front door.
