First Floor --enter into a serene wide open floor plan with Large Flat Screen TV. Fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops with plenty of space to cook and store your groceries. Down the hall you will find a bedroom hosting a King Bed Flat screen TV and very nice patio with privacy and a serene wooded setting. Full bath off hall and this room with shower tub and vanity. Fireplace is not available to use.
Second Floor--You will find the spacious master suite with TV and large private bath with a Jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and double vanities. Private balcony off of Master. Second bedroom hosts a queen size bed, flat screen TV, private balcony facing the front and private full bath. In the hallway between the two bedrooms a special nook for the kids, 2 bunks beds with their own 19" flat screen tv on each bed. (Great for bed time)!!
Third Floor- On the top level you will find a spacious area with bunk beds with a twin and a full, and a full bed sleeps 5 extra guests (great place for the older kids to hang out). Flat Screen tv and 4th full bath with a Jacuzzi tub! Private balcony off of this room also.

We have a very strict age minimum of 25! No exceptions!
Keyless Lock (no keys to keep up with you go to the beach)
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Extra towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Extra bath towels and sheets in for every bed. I even provide beach towels and beach toys. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set!!!
