This exquisite home is a beautiful 3 story Villa with cracked Venetian Plaster decor throughout, equipped with everything to make your vacation a memorable one!
All linens, towels, pots, pans, and all the kitchen utensils are provided for you. The kitchen hosts Dacor, Bosch and Sub-Zero appliances that is guaranteed to bring out the inner chef in you. The main floor has an open concept that is comprised of the kitchen, dining area, and living room allowing for exceptional entertainment.
In addition, be sure to take full advantage all 3 balconies the home has to offer. The top balcony is great for tanning, while the 2nd floor balcony provides a BBQ and dining area, and the bottom area is a great place to rest after a long day at the pool. When not enjoying the pool, beach, or perfecting your culinary skills, relax in front of one of the 5 flat screen TVs! Also, FREE long distance calling in America and Canada in addition to complimentary WIFI throughout the entire home. While on the topic of "free" you will have 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up for you complimentary everyday during your stay (March - October). This values at $200/week! If you need additional chairs, umbrellas, or beach equipment you are able to rent them directly through the onsite beach service.

You may cancel up to seven (7) days after your original booking date and receive a full refund, less the eighty-five (85) dollar administration fee and applicable taxes. Ocean Reef does not issue any refunds for cancellations made more than seven (7) days from the booking date. If you should have to cancel your reservation, please notify us immediately, and if you purchased the Vacation Rental Insurance contact CSA to begin your claim. For questions concerning the travel insurance or to make a claim due to a cancellation, please call CSA directly at 800-554-9839. The insurance premium, six and one-half percent (6.5%) of the total, is non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be made in the event of a mandatory evacuation if guest does not purchase CSA insurance.
