It’s a hole in one, welcome to Fairway 309! Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood on the bay side of the beautiful, award winning Sundestin Golf and Beach Resort. You will feel like you are in an expensive private beach getaway with tennis facilities, 2 pools, marinas, shopping, and dining. A great view of the lake, golf course, and the beach await you. This property has something for everyone in your group.
Fairway 309 is a quaint two story townhouse with three bedrooms and three bathrooms that will sleeps 8. As soon as you walk in, you will notice the spacious living room area with a large private deck outside perfect for enjoying the view of the golf course and bay. Downstairs you have the master king suite with an attached master bath including a walk-in shower. The guest king bedroom has an adjacent door to it’s own full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for cooking or entertaining. The kitchen also features a stackable washer and dryer. Upstairs is the ideal kid area, with a loft area and a twin bed just off the stairs and across the hall a bedroom that hosts 2 queen beds. That upstairs bedroom features another attached full bathroom.
