We knew the owners of the condo (who sold about a week before we were scheduled to arrive) and had already made plans for family to join us on the first day of our visit, so discovering we wouldn't be able to access the property until 4:00 PM at the last minute was a problem. The app didn't communicate the correct information about accessing the wireless internet in the condo. When we called the help line, the team was very responsive. The only other issue was not being able to access the close-in parking lot for the beach side because of not having some sort of access card for the gate. One other issue...there was a bad smell in ate upstairs closet in the master bedroom when we arrived. All in all, it was a positive experience, an d we'd definitely consider renting from you guys again.

A great Experience
We stayed in Unit 984 Northshore, Sandestin for 21/2 months The unit is well equipped and we enjoyed the view from the back screened in porch. The upper bathrooms need some updating as does the kitchen. The area is quiet and close to amenities.
