It is located in the backyard of the main house where we live, in The roads, Miami. This location is great to explore Brickell area and Down Town Miami by foot and is very close to other areas of interest as Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove, Miracle Mile.
The property has a living-Kitchen area with microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, kitchen and table with two chairs. The sofa is a bed sofa with a queen bed to accommodate up to two people. It has a bathroom with toilet and shower, and a bedroom with a queen bed. This cottage is excellent for 2 people but can fit up to 4 using the queen sofa-bed at night. Wifi is provided.
The cottage is a guest house located in the back of the main house, so you need to cross the backyard of the main house to reach it, but it has its own privacy.
The Roads neighborhood where this property is located is a residential area very safe and with a convenient location since it is a walking distance to Brickell area (Mary Brickell Village, Brickell Financial District), Miami Metrorail, Metromover, Trolley, Buses. If you have your own car, which is recommended if you wish to explore other areas of interest as Key Biscayne and its beaches, Miami Beach, Coconut grove, Miracle mile... you can park in the street. But if you don't have a car, uber can take you to these places.

Four people are the maximum capacity, strictly enforced. At check in I would like to meet all the people that will be housed. Outsiders are not allowed.
This is located in a residential area, please act with common sense to avoid disturb the neighbors.
Check in is at 4 PM or later and check out is at 11 AM. Please be respectful to allow to have the cottage ready for the next guest. If the cottage is not fully booked I'll be glad to allow you either with early check in or late check out. Just ask.
