Alex was an awesome host. He was on top of communication, he was honest and the place was clean and comfortable. Good value, not much in walking distance but plenty around if you have a car.

fully furnished place
We booked Alex's place for 10 weeks for internships in Miami. Having a fully furnished place, two parking spots, a washer/dryer, the space for overnight guests, & close easy access to the thruway made the apartment the best deal in town (literally). The apartment is located near great food, shopping, night life, & the bus so we were never bored with our free time. Thank you, Alex!

Minutes from the beaches, airport, hospitals and downtown. Steps from Midtown, the Design District, Wynwood, Bayside & Ft Lauderdale. My place is comfortable, private and quiet garden level apartment with an open living area ideal for relaxing.
Internet, Cable TV, microwave, oven, washer dryer, and coffee maker in unit. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (kids) who want more than just a room.
The space
- The apartment is located on the ground floor in the rear of the property. Follow the white stone driveway to Apt B. It's private and quiet.
- All new furniture, including new 65" 4K, HDTV, beds and sofa.
- Every effort has been made to make your stay as close to an "at home" experience as possible.
Guest access
- You have the entire apartment to yourselves.
- Electronic locks allow for 24 hour check-in if needed.
- Please be mindful of tenants that live upstairs
The neighborhood
- Neighborhood is known as Buena Vista. It is located just north of Wynwood, Midtown Miami, and the Design District. It's a regular bedroom community that is undergoing a fair amount of renovation. Pretty quiet. Most visitors will use this neighborhood as a convenient jumping off point to go into Midtown, Wynwood, downtown Miami or to the beaches.
- There is a large Publix located at 4870 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, FL 33137. You will need a car to go there. Several local supermarkets within walking distance (NW 2nd avenue).
Getting around
- There are city bus stops within steps of the apartment that can take you where you want to go, but most people either rent a car or use UBER.
Other things to note
Free parking on property. Your car will be very safe. Just close the driveway gate behind you. Please don't block driveways. Entrance to apartment is via a code which I will provide the day before arrival.
