Better then the pictures showed
This condo was extremely better then the pictures showed. Everything in condo was stylish. Kitchen and bathrooms seemed brand new. The pool and restaurant were good. Food/drink service really slow but tasted good. Location was great since we were 15-20 mins from all the places we visited. Only had a few concerns. Had no idea that's there was going to be so much construction going on during our stay due to renovations. Also had an issue with the check-in time. We arrived at 4pm and weren't able to check-in until 6:30-7pm due to the room needing to be cleaned. Front desk agent showed no concern or empathy for us having to wait for the room. He basically told me room isn't ready so we would have to wait. At 4pm he said it would take 30-45 mins. Being that we were hungry we figured we would go eat. As a courtesy I asked if he could call or text me when it is ready. He took my number and said he would reach out. That never happen but Brenda was quick to resolve our issue after I called her. If I had to choose this place again I would. Once again great looking condo better then the pictures portray.
