Welcome to our condo in historic 'The Fountain Condominium Hotel', a historical 1924 landmark in south beach Miami! The neighborhood south of 5th st. Our newly renovated art deco condo in south beach completes it's oasis appeal with a pool! This is a rare asset for a 1920's art deco building. Our sun drenched modern one bedroom loft is nestled on a tropical and quiet euclid ave. Just steps away from the iconic south beach ocean drive, and just 2 1/2 blocks from the beach! The fountain condo is a newly renovated land-marked building with original marble floors and tiles from the original era in place.Our condo is a modern one bedroom with walk in closet and plenty of room for your clothes! The condo has central ac, wifi, cable tv, and a washer and dryer unit for your convenience. The bathroom has recently been renovated with limestone, a brand new shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen has granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and comes fully equipped for those times you want to dine at home. There are beach chairs, towels & and umbrella inside the walk-in closet . If you'd prefer to stay closer to home every once in a while, enjoy an amazing gem of a pool with palm trees that sway over your head to the breeze from the ocean. It is a rarity to have a stunning pool in a historic land-marked art deco building. While we have been down there on vacation, during high season, we've never had a problem with parking directly in front of our condo during the day, or a few steps away on the cross streets of 4th or 3rd. Here's a little history about the little 'slice of paradise' our condo is right in the middle of. As of 2005, south of fifth (Sofi) has Miami Beach's highest property values. Although mostly residential, the area is also home to several large scale development projects. This area has several notable nightlife destinations, including amnesia, Nikki beach club, and pearl. It also has several smaller, upscale bars and restaurants. Here's a few... The world-famous joe's stone crabs, prime 112, Smith & Wollensky's steak house, Estiatorio Milos by Costas Spiliadis, Fogo de Chao, Texas de Brazil, Shoji & Shoji sushi, Monty's, and Big Pink. and MANY more! South beach offers the best of both worlds...Sun and fun and crazy nightlife. The beaches are white sand and turquoise colored water. The shopping, cafes, restaurants and boutiques that make south beach so colorful are only 3 blocks away from the condo. There are plenty of cabs, and the 'south beach local', a bus stop that's a few feet away, and only a quarter to ride...That's right, just 25 cents! When your ready to explore around by bicycle, Decobike is a block away, with 24 hour access. This is the official city of Miami beach bike sharing & rental program. The fountain is an intimate and private oasis located on a quiet neighborhood street and its three newly rejuvenated art deco structures have been entered into the national registry of historic buildings. The fountain also features landscaped courtyard patio area with gas barb q girl and round picnic table seating. The fountain is just steps away from ocean drive, collins avenue, the beach and landmarks such as south pointe park. The fountain is stylishly deco set in a functional design that integrates luxury with an active lifestyle. Parking - Parking along our street is free M-F from 7am-6pm, as stated on the street parking signs out in front of our condo and along the street. So you're free to come and go all day long. But AFTER 6pm, ONLY parking stickers are allowed on the street. I have to buy them for myself and my guests. I can sell them to you for only $15 each/day so you can come and go as you please 24 hours a day. My wife & I are always interested in sharing our future retirement home with property respectful guests. Since we're in a private, gated property, we require that all of our guests provide us with a Photo ID. This ensures whom should have access to our building.

House Rules

Property Damage Protection $59 Notes: Every booking will have a Florida tax. EARLY/LATE CHECK-OUT if available is $10 per hour. PARKING - Parking along our street is free M-F from 7am-6pm, as stated on the street parking signs. AFTER 6 pm, ONLY resident parking passes are allowed on the street. To ensure building security & safety, we require a copy of ALL guests ID prior arrival.  Street Parking is avail for $15/daily (24 hour period) ADDITIONAL CLEANING FOR GUEST #4 One time Cleaning fee $120 per stay for UP TO 3 guests, $140 for 4 guests. This additional fee of $20, for the 4th person, will be added SEPARATELY and billed to you through PayPal after reservation is placed. Payment must be received within 24 hours of confirmed reservation. Cancelled bookings will not receive a refund.

Beautiful condo great location!

Everything we needed at a great location

Even before arriving, Jesse provided everything we needed to make it easy to get to the condo and settle in. Well equipped kitchen, great shower, large comfy bed, handy washer/dryer, easy to use TV, quiet, lovely neighborhood. Just a few blocks from the beach and convenient to a couple drug stores and lots of restaurants. And the South Beach Local bus stop is a block and a half away and gets you to Lincoln Road or other points north for 25 cents a ride. Would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING condo in South Beach

If you looking for a place to stay in South Beach, Jesse and Brenda are the riguht persons to contact. The location is perfect. 5 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the Ocean Drive. We were 3 people, but I also think a fourth one would have enough space. At the condo you will find everything you need... Beachtowels and chairs, often, fridge etc. I would definitely recommend this place and if I'm coming back, this will be my first choice!

Very clean and comfortable

The property was great it's very clean very well token care of. My family and I enjoyed the location of the property and the quality of the property. A great Miami experience and highly consider staying there again.

The location of this place is amazing!

I have stayed on the Fountain Condominiums property before and loved it, so when I had the chance to stay with a friend we jumped on it. You are a quick walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. CVS is around the block for quick groceries or essentials and even closer is the best seafood restaurant I've ever been to, Lobster Bar Sea Grille. The pool is small, but quiet and rarely occupied. The area is peaceful and away from all the South Beach craziness, but close enough to everything that you never felt like you weren't staying in Miami. The hosts provide 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella, as well as a single pack of laundry detergent for emergency use. There is a gated entrance and a locked front door to the building as well as a security lock keypad on the apartment door. The apartment is very cute and has all the essentials (except a wine bottle opener, so we used a butter knife!). Jesse stayed in contact regularly to ensure things were going well. We had some off and on issues with the WiFi connection and Jesse did everything he could to make sure it was either corrected or other accommodations were made for internet use. Overall a great time at a great place!
