Beautiful place -- highly recommended
We stayed at this North Beach townhome for five nights and were really pleased with everything about it. The place is clean and modern, and very spacious with two bedrooms and two and a half baths, great kitchen, and huge TV with cable and Netflix. The area has great restaurants and shops, an amazing vegan bakery, and you can catch a free trolley to South Beach. It is a five minute walk to the beach. Maria met us for the check-in and showed us around the place. It was nice to have that personal touch!

Great stay-would go back again
It was perfect for us. We have been going to Miami every year for the art fairs for over 10 years. It is one of the best apartments we have rented. Clean, spacious, and so nicely designed. Even better than the pictures. We would gladly stay there again and, Maria made it all quite easy.

We loved this home!
We loved this home! Great location in Miami Beach--very close to the beach and a nice part of the strip. Easy to get to South Beach and downtown Miami. The home was very clean and the perfect size for our stay.

One of the best accomodations
This is one of the best accommodations. Elena and Maria are great hosts and have carefully placed every amenity required in ample quantities. The towels, beach necessities etc. After a day of working it was a welcome retreat to return to the accommodation. TVs in every room, high speed internet, coffee.. wow the list goes on. The house itself is a 2 min walk to the beach and a great lot of dining options on Collins Ave at Miami Beach. For work of for family this is such a lovely place.

Luxurious two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms Town Home in Miami Beach, just a short walk to the beach.
It is a two story condo with two full bathrooms on the top floor and a half bathroom on the lower floor. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Some of the amenities include a 55” TV, Xbox One with games, there are also TVs in the bedrooms upstairs, high speed Wi-fi, Cable TV with hundreds of channels, washer and dryer in the apartment. It also has reserved covered parking for two cars in the building's garage and a balcony. This apartment is very beautiful and modern, planned with everyone’s comfort in mind.
Besides its proximity to the beach it is also close to shops and restaurants.
The location has everything Miami Beach has to offer. It is also a short ride to all the action in South Beach.
About The Area
“NoBe”, or North Beach is a peaceful and relaxing area of Miami Beach, with beautiful wide and sandy beaches but only a short ride away from the clubs and the action of South Beach.
It features broad sands, street parking, little traffic outside of rush hours, and it’s graced by a miles-long, oceanfront “boardwalk” that’s actually a wide concrete path edged by grass-topped dunes and sea grape bushes, where you can go for a walk or ride your bicycle.
The ’50s-era two-story garden apartments add to the community feel, the apartments are graced with interior courtyards, “cheese holes” (rows of circles that mimic Swiss cheese), futuristic fins and other classic Miami Modern, or MiMo, architectural details. Along Collins, such MiMo-style resorts as the Deauville, Carillon and Casablanca once brought mid-century glamour. With several sections of North Beach awarded local or national historic status, preservationists hope to maintain the area’s special structures.
NoBe also comes with the bonus of being a real neighborhood. So many locals hail from Argentina that the community, especially along the Collins Avenue corridor, is often called “Little Buenos Aires,” although many residents claim ties to Uruguay, Peru, Cuba and other Latin and South American countries. For visitors, that connection translates into some tasty fare in places like Argentinian Manolos or Cuban's Sazon restaurants.
Only a few blocks from the apartment, the North Shore Open Space Park is one of the largest parks in Miami Beach. At 36 acres, this lush park is full of native vegetation, coastal hammocks, and dunes. This is the only oceanfront park in Miami Beach that features BBQ grills, along with pavilions, picnic tables, showers, restrooms, and plenty of green, shady trees.
If you want to go shopping, the upscale Bal Harbor Mall is only 10 minutes away.
