Great place!!!
My family and I stayed here for about a week. It was a great experience being able to open our door in the morning and see the beach within a few feet. We just loved the place. Thank you Van Mcbride for allowing us to stay at you beach house! It’s beautiful, we’ll definitely come back soon!!!

This place is fantastic. Van is the greatest owner I have ever dealt with. If you stay here there is no need for a vehicle. You can reach anywhere by walking, biking or a free trolley system that runs the entire length of Miami Beach. If we return here, we will definitely stay here. Nice job Van!!! I have it five stars because it would not let me give it ten. Everyone here is exceptionally helpful!!

Great place!
The views were fantastic and we enjoyed the beach. The property is just like how it looks in the photos. Check in and valet were quick and smooth. It wasn’t very busy during our stay. The property owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

This Unique and private 4 bedroom and 4.5 bathroom mini-estate retreat steps from South Beach and the ocean. Great corner lot surrounded by mature ficus and a large grassy yard. Living room enjoys a giant picture window overlooking beautifully landscaped pool area. Great light, lots of windows and a smart lay out. Multi-zone irrigation system, outdoor lighting and privacy gate. It’s always great to have options when it comes to accommodation. These house provides a great alternative and even better value compared to the luxury hotels in South Beach.
