3 room Sanctuary South Beach Deluxe Condo with Kitchen Bar, Balcony and 1 bath approximately 500 square feet sleeping up to 6 people.

Condo can be set up to each guest’s special needs such as 3 bedrooms, kitchen bar, bathroom OR 2 bedrooms, living room area, kitchen bar and bathroom. The condo has a total of 3 rooms and a bathroom. The first 2 rooms has a designer glass block partition (not see through) to make extra sleeping room for up to 6 persons while still having privacy, and with sunlight shining through.

We are happy to offer you accommodation with “the best location” next to Lincoln Road and only a couple of blocks to Ocean Drive in South Beach Miami Art Deco District. This location is 100 yards from Collins Ave on the beach and right next door famous SKY bar & Delano designed by Philip Starck and owned by famous Ian Schregger (from NY Studio 54). Enjoy a full-service upscale condo-hotel with 24h security.

The building has a rooftop pool overlooking famous Delano, SLS, Shelborne, Shore Club, and Setai. While staying in our Modern Sanctuary Suite you can also enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner served at the nationally acclaimed 4.5 star TripAdvisor restaurant "Ola Miami" which is located inside the condo building.

Our condo is in the heart of South Beach where you can walk to just about everything without having to take a taxi. Within about 100 yards you have the world’s most famous restaurant & lounges. Condo is located tucked away from any street noise and is super quiet. We give you more value, more luxurious interiors with lots of upgrades and give you more space for your money. All of our guests have full access to all resort facilities such as pool and Restaurant & Bar.

While staying with us you can enjoy a perfect location next to Collins Avenue (about 100 yards), South Beach's hottest SLS Katsuya/Andre Balas/Hyde Beach (about 150 yards), Delano (150 yards), Baoli (150 yards), Shore Club (150 yards). You are also staying only a block from Lincoln Road which is the main pedestrian shopping/dining/entertainment street in the heart of South Beach.

Car is not needed when UberX is always available, valet parking is right outside your door if you are bringing a car.

House Rules

The Property can be used for RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Guest and anyone in the Property must respect all rules and restrictions that apply on the premises in this agreement. All properties are NON SMOKING. Should a Guest violate this policy, Agent reserves its right to charge said Guest any additional costs required to sanitize the Property). Each Guest agrees to obey and follow all the rules that correspond to the specified Property. Should Guests disrespect owner’s rules and regulations (including smoking restrictions), this agreement contract will be terminated, all payments will be forfeited, and Guests will vacate the Property immediately.

Only Guests registered with Agent may occupy or visit the rented Property. No other Guests are permitted to stay overnight or visit the Property. The number of occupants cannot be more than the stated amount as mentioned in the reservation confirmation. Agent reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract and retain any and all payments if the amount of persons occupying the Property exceeds that expressed in the reservation confirmation. Only Guests that are listed in the Client’s Information form that will be sent to guest once final payment is done are allowed to stay and visit the Property. Should any new Guest(s) desire to visit Property new visitor need to be approved by the owner or its Agents and registered Guests are fully responsible if this is not followed.

The owner, its Agents or its contractors shall have the right to enter the Property at any time in order to add, remove, or replace any furniture in the home, and to clean, maintain, repair, and perform necessary work to respond to any kind of needs and emergencies without asking prior approval to Guests. Guests cannot interfere with this right. Authorized Agents & contractors include, but are not limited to: Guest service Agents, cleaning persons, pool maintenance & repair technicians, gardeners & landscapers, exterminators, and general contractors. If Property has a pool access, a full pool cleaning is performed once a week. Nets are at Guests' disposal to maintain the pool as necessary. Landscaping is performed weekly or biweekly. Pest control services are performed once a month. Should an emergency occur at the Property, the Property owner or its Agents will try to give a prior notice whenever possible and will proceed to repair necessary items at reasonable hours. The owner or its Agents may also enter premises at any time for protection of the premises.
