South Beach, the Design District and Wynwood are less than half an hour drive away. The property features a grand circular driveway with tree-sheltered lush garden on a 20,691 square foot lot with beautiful open bay views, a large pool and deck, a covered patio, a furnished cabana and a private boat dock.
The fully furnished and accessorized interior is bright and spacious with marble floors and high ceilings. The entrance hall leads into a large living room with a separate dinning room to one side and a wood paneled den/bar to the other. All rooms have large windows overlooking the garden, the pool and the bay. Just past the dining room is a modern, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, and maid’s quarters. On the other side of the downstairs area there is a guest bedroom with a study and en suite bathroom.
There is another guest bedroom/child’s room and a bathroom upstairs as well as the master suite. Wall to wall, ceiling to floor windows look out on to the wide bay from every corner of the master bedroom and it’s adjoining sitting room and all marble bathroom.
The neighborhood is very safe with a minimal amount of local traffic, well lit, tree lined streets and a great children’s playground. Banks, shops and restaurants are within a walking distance and many other larger stores are a short drive away. The rent includes all utilities, a gardener, pool maintenance and once a week housekeeping.

The rate of $40,000.00 per month is provided it's a 1 month rental. The rate goes down to $35,000.00 per month for 2 month stay and to $30,000.00 per month for 3 months and $25,000.00 per month for a stay of 4 months.
