Located at the tip of a private gated peninsula, our home has 4,300 sq ft of living space not including the large balcony or the outdoor patio.
The patio comprises of a beautiful large swimming pool, both covered and open entertainment areas, a jacuzzi, gas grill, seating and lounge areas, and a gazebo to catch the stunning sunset. There is a master bedroom with a king bed, 3 bedrooms with queens, and one maids room/guest quarters with an oversized twin. There is a large, formal dining room and a smaller more casual dining table coupled with a newly redone, open kitchen with all the newest and finest appliances and utensils to host a fine dinner.
There is an upstairs office for when you need your privacy, a steam shower for when you want to reenergize, and many cozy seating areas and couches to doze off. Two beautiful living rooms to enjoy the time with your family and friends. We have a beautiful deep water dock able to accommodate most boats (please let us know if you plan on having a boat). 24 hour gated community with an oversized driveway to fit many cars. Centrally located- About 5 minutes from Bal Harbour mall, 15 minutes from Lincoln Road and Aventura Mall, and 20 minutes from Miami International Airport. Close enough to all the action yet secluded enough where you are protected from the commotion.
