Excellent
This was our first time in Florida and Val's place was very nice. I would definitely stay there again. It was the perfect size for my wife and I. It was very clean, centrally located and comfortable.

Cozy, Clean and Relaxing
I would definitely stay again, everything was so well maintained and equipped. Beach Towels, umbrella, small cooler, chairs. Great location and a nice place to come home to at the end of the day. I loved the fish ponds and garden area for a nice place to start my day with morning coffee. The shower was great too. Val is a great host and cares about the average person. Not just catering to big bucks.

Miami Open Stay
This unit was very clean, convenient, and close to all that Miami has to offer a visitor. Val, the well-traveled owner was punctual and very knowledgeable about the immediate area as well as the rest of the world. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Miami Studio, with a Zen-like decor, and experience, with private entrance, great value for vacation, business, corporate or short term rentals, perfect location in a quite residential neighborhood in the center of Miami, located with in a 10 minute drive to Miami International Airport, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Brickell, Downtown, and a 10 minute drive to Hobie Island Beach, Key Biscayne Beach, Virginia Key Beach, Cape Florida State Park/Beach, Venetian Pool, and only a 20 minute drive to the night life, and the beaches of South Beach.
Unit comes with top of the line 'Chiro Zone' queen size pillow top bed with three levels of firmness in seven zones to relieve pressure from the body for comfort and fatigue recovery for a good night sleep, if at any time during your stay, we find out that there are more then 2 guest, with out the knowledge, or approval, of the landlord/owner, you will lose your entire deposit. The unit has central a/c, tile floors, full bathroom with shower, bar sink/cabinet with refrigerator, unit comes with bath towels, beach towels, bed sheets, iron/ board, hair dryer, beach chairs/umbrella. All reservations, require a $200.00 deposit, if your dates are two weeks or more, or your rate has a value, of two weeks, or more, we require a $400.00 deposit. The deposit is payable with a credit or debit card, through PayPal, deposit is 'ONLY REFUNDABLE' with-in 48 hours, after your departure/check out, through PayPal, if the property is returned in the same conditions, with no damage or excessive cleaning required, if you 'CANCEL' your reservation, for any reason, you lose the entire reservation/security deposit. Must be 21 and older to rent property. Holiday rates may be higher, please inquire on holiday rates. Free high speed wi-fi 75 MBPS.
Rent includes all utilities, water, electric, cable, wi-fi and parking. Property is located a few blocks from restaurants, supermarkets, 24 hour pharmacy, fitness center/gym, public transit: Bus, Metro Rail Station, Free Trolley, and more.
Lost Keys: If you lose the keys, there will be a $100.00 fee, deducted from your deposit on departure, to replace the locks. You will get two set of keys, if you get locked out of the unit, there will be a $100.00 travel fee, deducted from your deposit, to drive out to the property, and unlock the door.
Check In Time: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Late Check In: After 10:00 pm/$100.00 Fee.
Check Out Time: Before 11:00 am.
