Excellent, excellent and excellent!
The best stay in South Beach yet. Fernando and Patricia were more than accomidating and were a pleasure to deal with. The units were immaculate, service of Shelbourne top notch - will definitely be booking all future South Beach stays with Fernando only!

Wat a Super Location
Our stay at the Shelourne was amazing. The location was fantastic.So...many things to see and do in the area. The room was newley renovated. The views were spectacular. The amenities at the hotel were great. The pool and beach were spectacular. I will book this trip again.

Great Stay!
My friends & I rented studio #1012 for 3 nights & had a great experience. The room was super clean, comfy beds, beautifully renovated, and large enough for 4 men. We faced West with a side city view, but didn't matter bc we spent most of our time at the pool, beach or just out & about. The hotel was spectacular & had just undergone a massive renovation. The lobby, bar/lounge, pool/hot tub, restaurants, outdoor areas were all AMAZING! It was great bc we used all the amenities & paid half the price since we rented a condo room instead of a hotel room. I would highly recommend this or any of Fernando's other rooms in the hotel. I would definitely be using his services again on my next visit.

Great View
Nice room with a great view. Not part of the Hotel so the staff will not assist you. No parking parking is on the street or in a gargae at about $20 for every 12 hours. Elevators smelt like trash the first day.

Great value for the price, and a great location
The one bedroom apartment was a good value for the price, at a good location, very near to the beach and to activities in Miami Beach, clean and containing all of the necessary items for cooking in the apartment. New owners of the apartment complex are cleaning up the gardens, which are in need of much work, and also repairs to the outside of the apartment units. The owner is very helpful and available when needed. I highly recommend this rental unit.

Great Experience!
This rental unit had all the amenities one could surive on. It was clean and spaceous. The guest were very friendly something that is not so normal back in NY. I would definetly pass this on to others!! S. Morton

Fantastic!
I stayed here with my friends for a spring vacation. The room was excellent, the pool was great, and the beach was spectacular. The view from the room is gorgeous and the location could not be better. We had the BEST time and we definitely hope to stay here the next time we're in Miami!!

We have several properties with ocean view for your convenience. All of them nearly renovated. 3 NIGHT MINIMUM RENTALS, NO EXCEPTIONS!
We have 6 fully equipped apartments at the Shelborne, with full kitchen available for your convenience, all of them with free wifi, all amenities from the hotel are available for our guest, also 24 studios in the same Shelborne, with Kitchenettes and most of them with ocean front and balcony, all our clients will have free pool and beach towels and chairs and you can enjoy the amenities at the hotel for free. The Shelborne hotel is conveniently located at 1801 Collins Av, Miami Beach Fl. 33140, right on the beach
At the Alexander hotel we have 20 fully equipped apartments, with 1 or 2 bedrooms and all of them with balconies, full kitchen and living rooms, all of them with dedicated free wifi for your convenience. You will have pool towels and chairs for free at the tropical pool area. The Alexander hotel is located at 5225 Collins Av Miami Beach. Fl 33140, right on the Beach
At the Casablanca on the Beach we have 19 studios with kitchenette for your convenience, some of them with ocean view, most of them sleep only 4 but some are designed for 5, the Casablanca on the beach has free valet parking and free dedicated wifi for our guest and is also located right on the beach at 6345 Collins Av, Miami Beach Fl 33141
Daily maid service also is NOT part of the rental, but you will be provided with bath towels and some cleaning supplies. Maid service is available for a $60 charge and you have to request with 24h notice (we recomend to bring beach towels)
Rates vary with season, and special events. You will be very glad with our service. We accept credit cards and payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival unless other arrangements are made.
No Security deposit is required, only $200 to make your reservation (no refunds). Also you will be responsible for any damage on the unit during your stay.
