A wonderful two week stay at La Perla
We stayed at this condo for 2 weeks in April 2017. Iain met us in the lobby, walked into the business office to get our passes and then accompanied us to the unit. Yona was waiting there putting the finishing touches to the neatly prepared and beautifully decorated spacious one bedroom condo. They showed us around, helped to connect our laptops and phones to Wi-Fi and answered all our questions so in about 15-20 min we were all set to go. They also showed us the Milam's Market grocery store and other places of interest on the map in their guest booklet that turned out to be of great help. During our stay we have found plenty of kitchen and laundry supplies, cooking appliances, dishes, towels etc. The condo building is well maintained, very clean and secured 24 x 7. We highly recommend staying in this condo and plan on coming again next year.

Sunny Isles Beach condo
The condo is exactly as the pictures portray it to be, but doesn't show you the nice sized walk in closet, big tiled shower, fully stocked laundry room with all beach accessories, chairs, games, towels, and boogie board. The kitchen was fully stocked with every essential you would need to feel right at home, and had all of those helpful appliances to make life easier while away from home. The views were great from both balconies, and could even see the Miami skyline. I could go on and on about what a great condo this is, but the best part is the owners, who made our stay so relaxed and were so helpful with all the the amenities and how to use them, as well as being a truly, wonderful couple to rent from. The condo and the owners both get a 5 star rating.

Stunning sea views
The apartment was as described, well equipped with superb sea views. The owners provided an excellent service with great communication before our stay and throughout. The La Perla building is well presented and located on the beach. A couple of small things to be aware of are the extra charges for security passes ($20 each) which you must have just to get around the building, and parking ($10 one off payment) which was very good value for valet parking for the duration of our stay (2 weeks). I suppose the only other niggle was the charge to use the "public" pier $2 each just to walk on but this was dependent on which attendant was on duty (not really any thing to do with the owners but something to be aware of) Overall a good experience, a credit to the owners Yona & Iain who were helpful and friendly people to deal with.

UPSCALE, Contemporary, but...Unpretentious. 'Between Ocean and Sky' is a phrase that's been used to describe the luxurious, indulgent nature of this setting. . You will be amazed at the beauty and variety of views from both balconies, as well as from the kitchen and all parts of this 19th Floor apartment. The constantly changing hues of the ocean, the sky, as well as the panoramic Miami Skyline, lit up like a jewel at night. You can book with confidence with us. We have had this property since 2006...ten years. Since this site is new, it is hard to know, but We are listed on another site with many reviews for you to read, and we will give you that reference when you contact us. We are private Owners, not Agents. We want Great Guests who appreciate the beautiful value we offer, and you will feel appreciated here as well! Most of our Guests have been with us time and again, so that tells you something!
