I stayed here once a few years ago the owner definitely changed a few things for the better. there's new carpeting new couches new blinds new TVs and the building is also setting themselves up for a very luxurious change . I had the option of staying in a hotel for $200 a night that was a quarter of the size of this so it's always good to come here thanks again

Great Stay!!!
Very nice unit. Very conveniently located to all Miami has to offer. The beach and pool were great. There is major construction going on in the building but it was not a problem for us. The condo has a wonderful view from the balcony, bedroom and living room. It was very comfortable and equipped with everything my family needed. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Pleasant ocean view stay
We had a great time during our stay. We have stayed at this building and originally booked it because I have. Never seen such a low price for this location. The Balconey was open and was new and fresh. There was bottled water waiting for us along with some toiletries which is cute. The owner claims to have discounted the unit because of the buildings tenovation which I absolutely believe because I know it costs the owner $100-150 a night in expenses to cover the expenses in this building ('my wife and I looked into buying an aprartment here last year). The unit actually looked better in person. We told the owner that we likely will come back, the renderings of the lobby which have not been started look very luxurious so this building will I'm sure be reall lovely when completed. The bottom pool was nice and quiet, and just steps from the beach. We will likely come back here again

OCEAN FRONT& OCEAN VIEW!!! LUXURY BOUTIQUE 2br/bath, kitchen, living/dinning room. 2 TV's, Floor to ceiling marble bathrooms with gold fixtures. 3rd unit from beach; have best views of beach/bay on balcony. You are getting more then what you pay for here, I think it's fair to say that.
4 star Hotel Amenities includes the use of 2 pools, bar,salon,(valet parking,additional charge) 2 Jacuzzi s, Beach access, Gift shop,salon, world known shulas steak house
*smoking allowed on balcony not inside unit.

PLEASE NOTE: Starting May- July 2016, the building will be undergoing concrete outdoor building restoration. There will be no work done on PASSOVER, What that means is that for sometime the balcony for our unit can be out of use and windows will be covered with foam. In the event you are in the unit during that time please notify us.We have already taken 30% off for the month of May in anticipation of this.
THE BUILDING CAN BE INACCURATE WITH THE TIMING OF THE Restoration. GUESTS SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS NOT IN OWNERS HANDS. JOB IS DONE Once Restoration COMPANY GETS UP TO ALLOTTED FLOOR AND SUITE.
