This South Beach vacation rental has 1,500 square feet of space and will comfortably sleep four to five people. 2nd Floor Main Living Area of this Condo: A staircase takes you from the first floor to the second floor were you will find a living room, dining area and an open style kitchen. There is a large leather sectional sofa in the living room that sleeps one additional person and a dining area with contemporary glass table that seats six. From two large windows in the living room guests will enjoy unobstructed ocean views. The kitchen is ultramodern with white countertops, built in cabinetry and all stainless steel appliances. Bedroom Details of this (Miami Vacation Condo): The master suite on the second floor features a king size bed, large plasma TV and huge walk-in closet with custom shelving. The in-suite master bathroom has custom white tile work, a Jacuzzi tub, bidet, and a separate glass enclosed shower and steam room. The guest bedroom on the 1st floor has a full size bed as well as a large plasma TV. Next to the bedroom is a nice size modern full bathroom. Local phone calls are free. *Wifi available for $ 15 a day, fee will be waived if guests fill up a survey.* Daily cleaning is available for a small fee.
