Location was magnificent. Literally 5 min away from ocean drive! This apt is right in the mix of everything seriously. We definitely enjoyed ourselves. Will be using this spot again for sure!

The location is GREAT! You are literally located a block away from the beach and the ocean drive strip of restaurants and bars and nightlife! Alan was very responsive and quick with emails! We were able to do an early check in and late check out to accommodate our stay! Beautiful apartment with two balconies, great kitchen, washer and dryer and central AC which is definitely needed! Everything you need is located VERY near you, steps away from your doorstep. I would definitely stay again for sure!

Love the location being around the corner from Mango Tropical Bar, the beach, affordable beach front cafes, the delicious Pinnochio sandwich shop, and some of my favorite stores like Zara, Guess, and Armani Exchange. Walking distance to Lincoln Road Mall. Took the taxi back for about $15. Love the parking space. It was parallel parking in a lot which is more spacious than side by side parking. Unit had beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and lots of towels. Even though the ocean view was obstructed but I love that I was able to see the ocean to prepare ourselves for the huge waves prior to walking to the beach. Good price for a 3 bedroom with parking and great location. The small rooms, small common area, and broken iron and pan didn't bother us. The owner said he will repair the broken stuff that he wasn't aware of and will touch up with fresh paint on the walls. The owner also refunded the money quickly and was very responsive. He also gave us a list of popular activities. Great experience, will stay again.

Enjoy the best of Miami in the heart of south beach, the most attractive part of Miami beach, between 8th and 9th street on Collins ave, the famous street just behind the beach where the finest hotels are. Steps from the beach, the location offers both extreme proximity to restaurants and shops located on Collins av., ocean drive, Washington av, espanola way and Lincoln road. At the heart of the 'shopping district' (almost in front of Armani exchange and banana republic): everything is within walking distance.
This apartment, located on the top floor (don't worry, there is a lift), includes 3 separated bedrooms (2 with a full bed, one with a queen bed) and a balcony where you can see the ocean. Located on the sea side (not street side), although in the bustling section of Miami beach it is quiet. It has just been recently renovated (August) and offers all the comfort you expect to enjoy your vacations (air conditioning, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washer dryer, large flat screen TV, high speed cable internet WiFi ...).
A parking (gated) is included in the rental so you don't have to worry about searching during hours and paying an arm and a leg to park (which makes more difficult to swim then...).
