Minutes from the Beach and everything else on offer in South Beach, this location is ideal to enjoy the area. Fully equipped and clean, we had a very pleasant stay. For a small group, I would stay here again!

Très joli appartement aménagé avec goût, très bien équipé, et surtout extrêmement bien situé dans le triangle d'Or de SOBE!!! A 2 pas d'Ocean Drive sur Collins Avenue, visiter Miami Beach avec ce pied à terre est idéal!!! Merçi à Alain pour sa promptitude dans nos échanges, son amabilité et son aide. Je recommanderais à mes amis ce pied à terre parfait pour Miami Beach!!!

This apartment, decorated by a French designer, is located in the famous Collins Avenue (precisely at the number 821, between 8th and 9th street), the street just at the back of the beach, where the most beautiful hotels and shops of Miami Beach are located ('shopping district'), in the heart of the golden part of South Beach. The location offers the extreme adjacency with the beach and Ocean Drive (but without noise) and the closeness to restaurants, shops (it faces Banana Republic and Armani), cafes etc. located on Ocean Drive, Española way, Lincoln road, and Washington Av.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a commplete kitchen (with dishwasher) and 2 bathrooms (with tub and shower). The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed, the third bedroom has a double bed (full) and there are 2 sofa beds in the living room.
The apartment has just been renovated in a contemporary design style and is very comfortable (well equipped kitchen, A/C, washer dryer, wifi, iPhone docks...).

A parking under the building is included in the rental so you won't have to loose hours finding a place to park and spend an arm and a leg for parking (which makes swimming more complicated then...).
