Outside of the pool area, Two tennis courts, Basketball courts, playround for toddlers, pleaty of parking and eleven acres of beautiful tropical landscaping and secured gated drive in entrance including 24 hour patrolled security. Outside our front entrance our local area offers a three mile walking jogging or biking path circling The Turnberry Country Club and Golf Course, half mile to the famous Aventura Mall for fine shopping, dining and theaters, one mile to GulfStream Race Track and Casino and four miles to Mardi Gras Greyhound Track and Casino. AVENTURA IS MIDWAY BETWEEN MIAMI & FORT LAUDERDALE, their respective International Airports and The Port of Miami and Port Everglades for cruising.Tousist attractions include, Bell Harbour, Bay Side Harbor, Brickell Street, Linclon Road, Los Olas Drive, Hollywood Boardwalk, The Keys, The Everglades, deep sea fishing, river boat trips, beaches and on and on. Lots of banks for your money and of course, WalMart.
