The place is perfect for a large groupe of friends. A lot of space for everyone and also the backyard is awesome. We had a perfect stay at this place.

Loved it!!
We stayed for spring break and we absolutely loved it. The property was very nice and clean. We didn't have any problem at all trying to find it, when we got there we met some of the neighbors and they were really nice. The area it was in was authentic, full of good Cuban restaurants. It is in good proximity to the beach and shopping areas. We had six people and sharing one bathroom was no problem. I would 100% recommend staying here

Felt like home
I stayed here with my mother and brother for about a week (Feb 9th to Feb 16th). We weren't sure about going more for a rental like this or booking the over-priced hotels; but I'm glad we went for renting this apartment. This was the first time we ever went for a rental. Pablo was very kind and helped with answering all the questions I had before arriving and even after we arrived. The apartment felt so welcoming and it was very clean. They provide you with bed sheets, blankets, towels, a few toilet paper rolls, a roll of paper towels, and two small hand soaps (honestly, shouldn't have bothered on bringing my own sheets and towel). The apartment unit has modern furniture; it also has washer, dryer, a fully functional kitchen, toaster, rice maker, pans, cups, mugs, etc. It also has wifi and a roku in which you can watch netflix or hulu on. It is located in a very nice area, there's a starbucks, publix and other shopping centers nearby about a mile or so away. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that it was a bit hard to find parking, mostly for tourists like us that were not sure if it was alright parking on the street. It has a parking spot but it was always occupied by a truck and so was the spot on the street in front of the apartment by big and large trucks so all we could do was try to find parking where it would be allowed. Regarding the trash, we didnt know if we could throw the trash away in the bins that were behind the gate of the apartment. Which we ended up doing since we needed to get rid of the trash. Hope that was what we had to do, if not my apologies. Overall, really nice experience; I can say this is the most comfortable I've felt at a place that is not my house. My mother and brother also loved the place and if we ever need to stay at a hotel again in this area; we will not go to a hotel, instead we will rent this place up if available. DEFINITELY STAY HERE. :)

Top unit of 2 story apartment building. Property was recently renovated and fully furnished, it's in impeccable condition. Has 3 bedrooms:
The master has a queen size bed and the other 2 bedrooms have bunk beds. With the sofa bed it can accommodate up to 11 people at an unbeatable price. Includes parking for 1 car in the driveway and any additional cars can parallel park on the street. Amenities consist of cable/WiFi, fully operational kitchen, central A/C and has a keyless combination door to facilitate access at a greater convenience.
