Nestled at the end of the coastal strip, which is exclusively bordered by shore land, this detached holiday home hidden protected behind a gate in the prestigious residential area of Miami Beach. This stunning, two-storey property extends over an area of 405 m² and has numerous precious things which it an ideal choice for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Divided into five spacious bedrooms, four sizable bathroom and an additional living section which was traditionally inhabited by the house staff, all guests will find plenty of private retreat during common holiday experience for the whole family or friends.
On the ground floor you will find a vast living room, dining area and kitchen as an open concept with brand new kitchen, elegant dining area and comfortable living environment. From the fully equipped kitchen overlooks the garden, and pass through the outer doors unceremoniously to the pool area, the gazebo, the barbecue and the jacuzzi. In addition, there is a second, formal and artistically designed living area with fireplace and stunning water views. While there is a bedroom on the ground floor and leads to the terrace via an external door, are three more bedrooms with private balconies and views of the coast upstairs. Each bedroom has a king-size double bed, has plenty of storage options for your travel wardrobe and a flat screen TV for entertainment before going to sleep.
The master bedroom has moreover a huge walk in closet, spectacular views, and an attached bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi tub. Outside you will find a tropical garden with an incredible view of the water, the pool area, a small stretch of beach at the gazebo, and the double boat dock for a yacht and a speedboat.
