Beautiful Miami Home, with a Zen-like decor, and experience, great value for vacation, business, corporate, or short term rentals, best location, in a quite residential neighborhood in the center of Miami, located with in a 10 minute drive to: Miami International Airport/MIA, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Brickell, Downtown, and a 10 minute drive to Hobie Island Beach, Key Biscayne Beach, Virginia Key Beach, Cape Florida State Park/Beach, Venetian Pool, and only a 20 minute drive to the night life, and the beaches of South Beach.
Rates, are based on, up to a 6 person/guest occupancy, home comes with three queen size beds, that will sleep up to six guest, after 6 guest, there is an additional charge, per night, for each additional guest, added to the rate, and you will get, an additional, twin size, roll away bed, for each additional guest, for up to 3 additional guest, with a total, of up to 9 guest, allowed on the property. If at any time during your stay, we find out that there are more then 6 guest, or 9 guest, with out the knowledge, or approval, of the landlord/owner, you will lose your entire deposit. Holiday rates may be higher, please inquire on holiday rates. All reservations, require a $200.00 deposit, if your dates are two weeks, or more, or you rate has the value, of two weeks, or more, we require a $400.00 deposit. The deposit is payable with a credit or debit card, through PayPal, deposit is 'ONLY REFUNDABLE' with-in 48 hours, after your departure/check out, through PayPal, if the property is returned in the same conditions, with no damage, or excessive cleaning required, if you 'CANCEL' your reservation, for any reason, you lose the entire reservation/security deposit. Must be 21 and older to rent property.
Unit comes with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms with showers, one of the bedrooms is a private master suite with a private bathroom, living room, dinning room, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, pots, pans, china, sink, four burner stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, washer/dryer, tile floors, central a/c. Unit comes fully stocked with bath towels, beach towels, bed sheets, iron/ board, hair dryer, beach chairs/umbrellas. Rent includes all utilities, water, electric, cable, Wi-Fi and parking. Unit is located with in a few blocks from restaurants, supermarkets, 24 hour pharmacy, fitness center/gym, public transit: Bus, Metro Rail Station, Free Trolley, and more. Free high speed wi-fi 75 MBPS.
Lost Keys: If you lose the keys, there will be a $100.00 fee, deducted from your deposit on departure, to replace the locks. You will get two set of keys, if you get locked out of the unit, there will be a $100.00 travel fee, deducted from your deposit, to drive out to the property, and unlock the door.
Check In Time: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
