This property caters to not only the fishermen but also small families and couples trying to escape the everyday chaos while staying on a modest budget. There are many advantages to vacationing on Pier Road. There is no-thru traffic and no roads to cross so it is very safe for children to play and get to the beach, there is also plenty of parking and the city pier is at the end of the road with public restrooms, outdoor showers and picnic tables. If you want to wake up and go fish off the pier or enjoy basking in the sun, it is just a short walk away. Also just a short walk away is Tommy T’s, an arcade and ice cream shop, and a convenience store. With a little more effort, you can walk and get BBQ.
The townhouse itself is just as nice as its surroundings. Located at ground level, there are no steps to walk to get into the property with the living area and master bedroom both located on the ground level also. The townhouse was redecorated in early 2010, so it’s nice and fresh inside. One of the main features of this home is the spacious screened porch off of the master bedroom and the pavered patio just beyond it. Since this is an end unit, there is alley access from the front to the very private backyard.
