Located in the heart of Mexico Beach, the property Beach Nuts, is a rare find. This is a ground level home with only 3 steps up to the front door. The living area and the master bedroom are all on the ground level with the other bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The large, gulf front screen porch that stretches the width of the house is to die for. You may never leave this area once you get comfortable. And as an added bonus, there is an open sun deck off of the screen porch. With a private boardwalk with no steps, the beautiful white sand beaches are very conveniently accessible. This property is perfect for the whole family with plenty of room to spread out. Every room in the house looks out over the gulf and each bedroom has a private bath. I think you’ll go nuts for Beach Nuts!
