About The Area
Located 4 miles north of the Sebastian Inlet, the area is surrounded by pristine beaches. Turtle nesting season May - Oct. See Loggerhead, Leatherback, Green-sea Turtles! House Rules
1. Park vehicles in the garage and in front of the garage.
2. No after-hours outside music or parties, after 10 p.m. or before 9 a.m. Please respect the neighbors’ right to privacy and quiet enjoyment.
3. During sea turtle nesting season, May 1st through October 31st, please make sure all outside lights facing the ocean are turned off and interior lights are shielded from ocean view during evening hours.
4. The occupancy limit is 12 people for overnight. Daytime visits are restricted to 4 additional people.
5. To help keep the swimming pool clean, PLEASE shower after swimming in the ocean and before entering the pool or hot tub.
6. Do not open or turn the latches on any window in the home as the salty, sometimes hot, humid air is corrosive to everything in the home and lets the no-see-ums in, which cannot be seen and will bite.
7. Children are not allowed to sit on or ride the “Ladybug” vacuum that may be in the pool.
8. For safety and comfort, wear footwear on the wooden decks.
9. To help keep trash and recycling bins clean and ready for use, we ask guests if they will take the trash and recycling bins to the road midweek, on Wednesday, pickup day.
